With the blessings of the presiding deity of Shri Jagadguru Sannyas Ashram, Mahalaxmi Poornagiri Devi, the Servants of Shankara Foundation is feeling blessed to cordially invite you to Shiva Shakti Pran Pratishtha Ceremony.
Shri Jagadguru Sanyas Ashram has been on this holy soil of the banks of the Ganga for more than 80 years. Mahatmas though lesser known to the world, but with great spiritual heights, have lived in this ashram in their silent meditation and absorption in God. Their Sankalpa is the unseen force in bringing blessings to the devotees visiting and praying in the place consecrated by them.
Mahamandaleshwar Swami Abhishek Chaitanya Giri Maharaj, the successor of Swami Ramananda Giri Maharaj was initiated into Sanyas and consecrated on the seat of Mahamandaleshwar by none other than Niranjani Pithadhishwaracharya Mahamandaleshwar Swami Punyanand Giri Ji. Thus he is taking care of this holy shrine which now needs to be renovated and enhanced for the devotees and visitors.
Swamiji with immense devotion and love sculpted the idol of all Parivar Devatas from a few of the finest artists in Bangalore. This idol is crafted as prescribed in Durga SaptaShati, this particular text Durga SaptaShati and the sadhana is followed by all those who want to make spiritual progress. For those who desire worldly ends, as Devi, herself assures that when she is invoked through Durga SaptaShati, its procedure of conducting the daily rituals and mantra Japa, she will grant both Bhakti and Mukti, the worldly well-being and the liberation to the Seekers in which form Shakti should be invoked.
